Maintenance Server
Server maintenance is an additional service for our clients using Dedicated Server and Server Colocation packages. That is, you do not need to bother taking care of the server because we are the ones who will take care of it for you.

1. Host Monitoring
- Host alive monitoring with Nagios agent
- Email events alerts server (high load cpu server, low disk space, host down)
- 24 hours / 7 days monitoring in one week
- Monitoring resource server usage with Munin software
- Advice troubleshoot
- Network & Bandwidth monitoring with MRTG
2. Backup & Recovery
- Setting crontab for Weekly backup locally (hardisk to harddisk), with email information after backup complete.
- Restore support when needed
